» Meet the HBAJ Staff

	Bob McKay Executive Vice President bob@hbajackson.com Bob came to HBAJ from the American Subcontractors Association and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accounts. With over twenty years of association management experience he has seen HBAJ grow from a 389-member association to almost 1300 members today. Bob works closely with the Board of Directors to implement all of HBAJ's programs AND events.

	Brandy Martin Special Events Director brandy@hbajackson.com Brandy works closely with the entire membership managing, planning and executing association events. This includes Membership Meetings, Golf Outings, Fishing Tournaments, Spring Parade of Homes, Fall Parade of Homes, and the MiracleHome project.

	Vicky Bratton Sales & Marketing Director vicky@hbajackson.com Vicky is responsible for working with current HBAJ members to assist and develop marketing plans and campaigns for their individual businesses. Her goal is to increase sponsorship participation and promotion for all association events including Parade of Homes and Tour of Homes.

	Mary Hughes Communications & Marketing Specialist mary@hbajackson.com Mary is responsible for the development and design of HBAJ publications including the Punch List, Metro Home Builders and The Building Business as well as the Best in Metro Jackson awards program. She also designs advertisements and promotional materials for members, as well as handles public relations and website maintenance for the association. Her focus is to keep members informed through all HBAJ communication outlets.

	Spence Tribble Education Coordinator spence@hbajackson.com Spence is responsible for all of the continuing education programs the Home Builders Association of Jackson provides. He is also responsible for operations at the HBAJ facility and building rental.

	Helene McDonald Sales Representative helene@hbajackson.com Helene works with HBAJ members to develop annual marketing plans to fit their needs.

	David Smith President David Smith of David Smith Builder, Inc. As the HBAJ President, David oversees all aspects of the association. He serves as Chair for the Executive Committee which is made up of the association's officers Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, Builder Vice President, Associate Vice President, Past President AND the association's CPA.

	Marc Martin Vice President Marc Martin of Marcus Martin Builder, LLC As Vice President, Marc is responsible for certain aspects of the Association such as Membership, Public Relations, Education and Member Benefits.

	Dee Denton Secretary / Treasurer Dee Denton of Classic Custom Homes, LLC As Secretary/Treasurer, Dee oversees many of the association's non-dues revenue projects such AS the Parade OF Homes, Autumn Tour OF Homes, Home AND Products Extravaganza, Sponsorships AND Finance.

	Ti Garner Builder Vice President Ti Garner of Wellington Homes, Inc. As Builder Vice President, Jim is responsible for aspects of the association such as Legislative, Regulatory and Build PAC.

	Lee Mitchell Associate Vice President Lee Mitchell of Trustmark National Bank As Associate Vice President, Lee is responsible for overseeing the Associates Council, Programs & Meetings, Special Events and Publications.

	Frank Pucylowski Past President Frank Pucylowski of JFP & Company, Inc. As Past President, Frank is responsible for the association's Annual Awards, Installation Banquet, Nominations AND Organization By-Laws.
