The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), an affiliate of the Home Builders Association of Jackson (HBAJ), is to assist local homebuilders and real estate agents with marketing of new homes to the public. SMC will inform you of the “need to knows” about new construction. The home building industry is changing every day and SMC will provide you the keys to keep you one step ahead of the game when selling new homes. 2009 is shaping up to be an exciting year both educationally and socially.
